We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who thrives in complex environments and wants to make a real difference.

In this role, you’ll own, evolve, and strengthen enterprise infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid platforms, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across the organisation.

You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor, helping shape the future of our infrastructure while mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.

Ngā mahi ka mahia e koe | What you’ll be doing

• Implement, and operate enterprise infrastructure services across on‑premise, cloud, and hybrid environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents (Level 3/4 escalation)
• Contribute to automation and operational efficiency through scripting, AI, automation and modern infrastructure practices.
• Strengthen monitoring, performance, and reliability practices
• Embed security-by-design and risk management principles
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and future design decisions
• Mentor and uplift capability across the team
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and service providers when necessary to resolve issues and optimise service delivery

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | What you’ll bring

• 8–10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering roles
• Strong experience across networking, compute, storage, and operating systems
• Proven capability working in cloud and hybrid environments at scale
• Experience improving system reliability, resilience, and performance
• Strength in automation, scripting, and modern infrastructure practices
• A collaborative mindset and ability to translate technical ideas clearly
