Stand at the stern of the canoe and feel the spray of the future biting at your faceAbout the roleBeing part of the administration team you will be supporting our wider group of teams which work in a multi agency approach that ensures families experiencing family harm get the support and assistance they need from both government agencies and local community services.
The administration team is pivotal to the daily operation of our work.Key AccountabilitiesProvide administrative support including the accurate and timely entry of family harm data in multiple systemsSupport the daily operational administrative functions to enable the multi-agency team members to focus on problem solving and actions to support family safetyBuild and maintain strong collaborative relationships at all levelsWhat you'll bringHas excellent computer skills and demonstrates confidence and high levels of competence with new computer systems.An interest in being able to proactively identify riskHas the ability to multi-task and complete all work with accuracyUses interpersonal skills effectively in group or individual situationCan work meaningfully with internal team and external agenciesWorks effectively as a member of a high performing team and wider police organisationManages time effectively and works with others to achieve best results to ensure consistency of approachDemonstrates culturally conscious and empathetic practiceSpecial requirementsThis role is Individual Contributor/Emerging Leader level.
