We are looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently by managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor communications.
- Assist with data entry, invoice processing, and record management.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Support managers and team members with administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
