The Role

As the IT Operations Manager, you will drive the day-to-day management of IT operations, leading a high-performing team and ensuring technology platforms remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a customer-focused culture that consistently delivers high-quality service and exceeds business expectations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for the installation, configuration, and support of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Establish and manage effective incident and service request processes, ensuring issues are resolved within agreed service levels.
• Develop, implement, and uphold IT security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the organisation against cyber threats and security risks.
• Partner with external vendors to manage the procurement, licensing, and ongoing maintenance of hardware and software, ensuring technology investments align with business requirements.

Your Profile

• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Zendesk
• 4+ years' experience within a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security controls and response
