Housekeeper Sundays Receptionist

We are looking for a new person to join our housekeeping team in the winterless Far North for the upcoming peak season. A minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months is required!

We are based just seconds from the beach in the beautiful Bay of Islands!

The work consists of one reception day and housekeeping, including various cleaning and maintenance tasks around the hostel — making beds, servicing rooms, cleaning bathrooms, etc.

We provide comfortable staff accommodation with Wi-Fi and laundry facilities. You will also have plenty of time to explore the area or take on other work around town.

The role is approximately 15–25 hours per week, including weekends and public holidays. This is a part-time, live-in position.

All applicants must have a reasonable level of computer literacy and a willingness to get the job done to a high standard. Related experience is preferred; however, full training can be provided.

A police clearance check and references are required.

You must already hold a valid Working Holiday Visa and have an IRD number.
