Native ESL Teachers - Online (China)

Basic Information About Us & Teacher Recruitment Peak teaching hours : 17:00–22:00 on weekdays, 09:00–21:00 on weekends (Beijing Time) Student age group : 6–16 years old Core teaching courses : Reading Explorer (RE)  & Intensive Reading Courses （Magic Tree House / Harry Potter ... ) , including one-on-one and small group class settings Teaching platform : Our proprietary platform, including a dedicated Teacher Center and interactive online classroom Class duration : 50 minutes or 90 minutes per regular class Class types :

• One-on-one RE Class ( 50mins )

• Small-group RE  /  Intensive Reading Class (4–6 students) ( 50 mins / 90mins) 

Prior small-group teaching experience is required for group class assignments. Candidates will be asked relevant questions about small-class management during the interview. Pay range :

• One-on-one class: $10–15 per 50-minute class, based on teaching experience, curriculum proficiency and teaching performance

• Small-group class: $15–20 per 50-minute class, negotiable according to experience and teaching capability
