same.
You will juggle competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and
become an expert in the systems and processes that support medical recruitment.

* Supporting
Recruitment Specialists throughout the end-to-end recruitment process * Coordinating
interviews with candidates and hiring managers * Completing
phone screens and reference checks * Managing
candidate communications and providing an exceptional recruitment
experience * Processing
applications and maintaining accurate recruitment records * Supporting
pre-employment checks and complex recruitment administration * Learning
and managing specialist Medical Council registration processes and
compliance requirements * Anticipating
what's needed next and ensuring nothing falls through the cracksAbout you
You are someone who enjoys being busy and takes pride in
keeping things running smoothly.
You remain calm under pressure, think ahead,
and are happiest when you are solving problems and helping others.
You will bring:
* Experience
in recruitment coordination, high-volume administration, or another
fast-paced operational environment * Outstanding
organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail * The
ability to manage multiple competing priorities without losing sight of
the details * Initiative,
sound judgement, and confidence to work independently * Strong
communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with
a wide range of people * Confidence
learning new systems and processes: you are naturally curious and pick
things up quickly * A
positive, can-do attitude and genuine commitment to delivering excellent
customer serviceExperience in recruitment is helpful, but we are equally
interested in people who have demonstrated success coordinating complex
workloads in busy environments.
If you are organised, adaptable, and love
getting things done, we will provide the training and support to help you
succeed.
Why join us?
Our team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoys
working together.
You will be trusted with meaningful work from day one and
have the opportunity to develop recruitment skills within the health sector.
Most importantly, you will play an important part in helping
us recruit the talented people who provide healthcare to our communities every
day.

may close early if a suitable candidate is appointed.
