We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer for an initial 6-month contract.
Working within a high-performing Identity & Integrations team, you will be responsible for the administration, optimisation, and security of enterprise identity platforms, with a strong focus on Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and access governance.

You will support the ongoing operation and enhancement of identity services, contribute to security initiatives, and ensure identity solutions align with organisational security and compliance requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Active Directory (AD) administration and support
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Proven background in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise Active Directory environments
• Strong understanding of Domain Controllers, AD architecture, and DNS
• Experience with identity governance, access control, and security best practices
• Exposure to security, risk, and compliance frameworks

Highly Desirable:

Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow
Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Understanding of OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Federation technologies
Experience implementing or supporting Zero Trust security principles
Knowledge of Azure security services and controls

Ideal Background:

Banking, financial services, insurance, government, or other large enterprise organisations
Experience operating within complex, security-conscious environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
