Labourer/Digger Operator

We are looking for an experienced Civil Labourer/Digger Operator for ongoing work, starting on a project in Wairau Valley, North Shore. The role is approximately 60% civil labouring and 40% digger operating.

What's in it for you?

• Ongoing project-based work with a six-month temp-to-perm opportunity
• $30–$35 per hour , depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, generally 7am–5pm, with occasional Saturday work
• Start 12th of October

What's expected of you?

• Willingness to do labouring, including rigging, shovelling, moving materials, setting up formwork and assisting with concrete pours
• Strong experience operating 1.3–45 tonne diggers
• Confident doing lifts and positioning trench shields
• Experience spreading aggregate and digging services, drainage trenches and shafts
• Ability to trench safely around services
• Class 1 licence with WTR endorsements
