You’ll also support HSE activities, including event reporting, audits, registers and meeting preparation, while ensuring key information is maintained across systems such as SharePoint, QPulse and Maximo. Working closely with Project Managers, the Commercial Team, and other stakeholders, you’ll help keep processes running smoothly, provide support to the wider administration team, and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
Experience
We’re looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You’ll ideally have:
- 3 -5+ years’ administration experience, preferably within a complex operational, infrastructure or project environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
