Parts admin specialist

We are on the lookout for a superstar all-rounder to fit the above role here at Hunts Auto Parts. There are a few layers to this role, and you will have many responsibilities. We need you to be trustworthy, reliable, a great multi-tasker, and highly organized. You will be the first point of call for all customers including phone and in house. KEY RESPONSIBILITES – but not limited to: Automotive knowledge – knowing which parts customers are referring too and what they are Attention to detail – accurately identifying parts and their condition Communication skills – communicating with phone customers, TradeMe customers and in person customers with confidence Organization – you will be responsible for maintaining workshop stock as needed, such as consumables, packaging, equipment and office supplies. Booking vehicles in for jobs, sourcing and ordering parts, updating vehicle records and regularly checking payments Administration – admin experience is a must as you will be responsible for invoicing parts, managing online listings and emails, recording parts sales, freight quotes etc. Team player – any parts you sell that require removing will need to be relayed to the dismantlers promptly. You will also be liaising with Andrew for any pricing and information Preparing and packaging all parts for the courier, ensuring they are wrapped sufficiently for safe arrival to the customer You'll also need to be happy working in all elements You will need: Full NZ Driver's License (as a shared vehicle will be provided to and from Ashburton daily) At least 3 references NZ Citizen We'll provide: A great team Work gear Interested?
