The RoleThe Marketing Lead is responsible for delivering operational excellence to bring Patagonia's marketing to life across Aotearoa New Zealand – connecting people to our brand, our communities, and our mission to protect our home planet.Based out of our Queenstown office, this junior to mid-level role sits at the centre of our marketing ecosystem – connecting teams, processes, and timelines to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, communications, and brand experiences across retail, wholesale, ecommerce, and events.Reporting to the Marketing & Impact Manager NZ and working closely with the ANZ team, this role blends hands‐on coordination with ownership of key workstreams.
It brings structure, clarity, and momentum to how marketing comes to life locally, ensuring global strategy is executed with consistency while remaining relevant to local communities.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the NZ marketing plan, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and with strong attention to detailOwn and optimise marketing operations, including execution of seasonal calendars, asset workflows, and cross‐channel coordinationEnable aligned execution across retail, wholesale and ecommerce, supporting a consistent and elevated brand experienceAct as a key connector across teams, influencing alignment and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders and prioritiesContinuously improve marketing effectiveness, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance deliveryAbout YouGreat campaigns don't just happen — they're shaped by the person who bring all the pieces together to create the magic.
