OverviewBased at Whakatane Hospital, this is a fixed‐term, part-time position.
The Radiology department is seeking a permanent Sonographer with excellent scanning and time‐management skills to join a busy team.
The role is 12 months long, with 20 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesSupported by qualified Radiologists and Sonographers, the successful applicant will perform acute examinations (inpatient/ED), obstetric, vascular and community referrals.
Responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of patient care, communicating effectively, and working efficiently within the department.LocationHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty serves a population of approximately308,000 across Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki.
