About Inspire:
Inspire Real Estate is a boutique family owned agency with an emphasis on people and relationships. It is wholly owned in NZ and operates in 22 locations nationwide from Whangarei to Invercargill. We are looking for Real Estate Salespeople to join our team nationwide.
About the opportunity:
As a salesperson with Inspire Real Estate you will help home owners and home buyers take their next steps in the their property journey. You'll handle everything from advertising the property, to handing over the keys and everything in between.
Are you an experienced real estate salesperson?
Not all real estate companies are the same, being a boutique business allows us to be nimble and react quickly where necessary. We strive for a fair workplace that removes the fear of other salespeople stealing leads, in fact we encourage collaboration.

About you:
The ideal candidate would hold a Real Estate Salesperson license or be willing to obtain one. Previous Real Estate experience is desirable, but not essential. You must have your own vehicle, laptop, and cellphone.
We are looking for confident, charismatic individuals who are able to converse with a variety of people and easily build trust with others. You'll also be willing to grow, learn and develop yourself while being responsible for your own success.
This is a commission only contractor role. You must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
Working with Inspire, you will be rewarded, respected and part of a fantastic team. The most important skill for you is having a relentless drive to do the best for your clients.
