We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join our team in a varied, fast-paced role. If you have a positive attitude, solid hospitality experience, and want to live in a stunning part of New Zealand, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role

This is a diverse role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be flexible, adaptable, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. Your key responsibilities will include:

✅ Front of House (Essential) – Serving customers, taking orders, waiting tables, and bar work.
✅ Housekeeping (Essential) – Cleaning guest rooms, keeping common areas tidy, and ensuring high standards in our accommodation.
✅ Additional Duties – Kitchen hand support, bar service, and helping the wider team.
✅ Basic Maintenance – Light tasks such as lawn mowing, painting, or gardening may be required from time to time.
✅ Guest Experience – Fluent English is required as you’ll be interacting with guests daily.

Previous experience in both Front of House and Housekeeping is essential. Extra skills in kitchen, bar, or maintenance work are a bonus.

Hours & Employment

• Minimum 25-30 hours per week (for one person), with hours often more.
• Casual contracts allow for flexibility as rosters change with demand.
• Shifts vary: some days finish early, others may require extra hours.

Accommodation & Perks

• A fully furnished room available in shared staff accommodation.
• $150 per week plus power (internet included).
