With a strong forward workload and an impressive portfolio of projects across the South Island, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers delivering solutions across a diverse portfolio including commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, local government, hospitality, and residential sectors. This role is ideal for an experienced Revit user who enjoys technical coordination, takes pride in producing high-quality documentation, and wants to be involved in projects from concept design through to construction delivery. About the Role As a BIM Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of building services projects through the development and coordination of BIM models, drawings, and technical documentation. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Producing detailed construction documentation, drawings, schedules, and technical deliverables. Working closely with engineers to develop coordinated and construction-ready designs. Assisting with project delivery while maintaining quality, programme, and documentation standards. Managing drawing revisions and maintaining organised project records and BIM data. Collaborating with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients throughout project delivery. Assisting with site queries, design updates, and construction-phase documentation as required. About You You'll likely bring: Experience as a BIM Technician, Revit Technician, CAD Technician or similar role. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Experience producing and coordinating BIM models and detailed construction documentation. Exposure to building services, MEP, consulting engineering, architecture, or construction environments. The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams. Experience within building services engineering would be highly regarded.
