About the Role
Are you a driven, ambitious sales professional with a natural hunter mindset? Do you have a background in construction or design sales and a passion for closing deals that transform people’s lives? If so, this self-employed, commission-based role puts you in control of your pipeline, managing and converting leads through expert consultative selling, guiding customers seamlessly through the entire design and build journey.
Using GJ Gardner’s advanced software and in-house systems, you will inspire confidence and accelerate decision-making.
Skills & Experience
- Proactive sales hunter with an unstoppable drive to consistently exceed targets
- Proven track record of sales success in construction, design, or related industries such as kitchen design, flooring, or building supplies
- Deep understanding and genuine passion for the design and build process
- Exceptional customer relationship skills, consistently delivering outstanding client experiences
- Strong knowledge of the New Zealand construction market, enabling tailored solutions that meet diverse customer needs
