Senior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Tackle engineering problems at scale and contribute to the architecture and implementation of distributed systems.
• Refactor complex monolithic systems into scalable modern distributed systems.
• Own major code design decisions and contribute to engineering standards.
• Help evolve the technology stack using AWS, C#, React, and Kubernetes.
• Enhance automated testing capabilities and test-driven development practices.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment workflows.
• Mentor and serve as a technical role model for fellow engineers.
• Collaborate across functions to align solution designs with product goals and technical standards.

Requirements

• Experience building high-quality, scalable software and working with distributed systems.
• Strong familiarity with modern technology stacks, test-driven development, and CI/CD tooling.
• Proven experience contributing to technical designs and making architectural decisions.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and coaching team members.
• Comfort collaborating in an agile environment and participating in thoughtful code reviews.
