We're seeking a care home manager to lead operations at a well-established facility supporting 40 residents and 34 village units. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to make a real impact through care, community, and culture. What You'll Be Doing: Managing daily operations, financials, and occupancy targets. Leading and mentoring a high-performing clinical and support team. Ensuring quality care and compliance with health sector standards.
