We need someone who can cut through it.Our Data & AI Product Lead is a newly created role and a rare opportunity to help shape how AI, data, and predictive insights create value across Pāmu – one of NewZealand's largest and most diverse farming businesses.

In this role, you'll work across the business to identify where AI, data, and predictive insights can make the biggest difference.
You'll help cut through the noise, prioritise opportunities, test ideas quickly, and turn the most promising concepts into practical solutions that improve decision‐making and business performance.
From exploring digital twin capabilities and predictive modelling through to AI‐assisted decision support, you'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives from idea through to delivery, adoption, and value realisation.
The opportunities are diverse and tangible – from animal performance and pasture management through to land use optimisation, environmental outcomes, workforce safety, and enterprise planning.
This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with leaders, farm teams, subject matter experts, and technology specialists to solve meaningful challenges.
You'll help guide where we focus our investment, effort, and attention, ensuring we deliver practical outcomes rather than technology for technology's sake.
You'll be supported by an experienced and collaborative team that values curiosity, experimentation, and practical results.
