Secure Workforce t/a Select Pizza Ltd is seeking a experienced and dedicated Shift Supervisors to join our pizza store team in Auckland.
We are looking for someone Full-time who has a proven background in amanagement As a Shift Supervisor you will working in hands onmanagement position leading from the front motivating your team whileensuring customers receive outstanding service and quality.We are seeking a person who is able to "hit the ground running" andmust be able to prove they fit the criteria below:
Experience Required:
- 2 year experience or qualification of certificate or diploma required.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team- Excellent credentials in customer service- Ability to work within budgets of running a profitable business- Timely reporting requirements- Experience in reconciling financial reports and cash handling
- Experience in administration work like stock take Ordering manageinvoices
Personal Attributes Required:- Ability to work late nights and weekends- Honest with no history of dishonesty- Great Personality- Great communication skills- Self-motivated and an achiever- Able to lead a team successfully- Has an eye for detail- Sets and achieves high standards
Pay rate for this position will be $***** to $***** per hour
