About the Role This position will provide the opportunity for advanced training and development of surgical assessment and treatment skills in Breast & General Surgery which is essential for the transition from Registrar to Consultant. About the Team/Service/ Location Our breast team is part of a close knit and supportive general surgical department and the wider medical community within Counties Manukau. We service a population with significant challenges by utilising a strong collegial attitude and an active focus on patient centred care. This position will require involvement in multidisciplinary settings to provide the best possible care to our patients. In addition to this, the General Surgery department deals with a wide range of conditions, and this may require cross over into other specialities which will provide you with the opportunity to liaise with different teams across the hospital.
