? The Role Reporting to the State Logistics Manager, you'll be the engine behind smooth operations — aligning people, processes, and performance to keep everything on track.
From workforce planning to financial oversight, your work will empower our Operations Managers to focus on leading high-performing teams while you ensure efficiency, cost control, and top-tier service delivery across the site.
? What You'll Be Doing Delivering accurate financial operational reporting that drives smart decisions Owning invoice reconciliation, accruals, and cost validation (SAP experience a plus!) Planning labour needs and managing agency workforce onboarding Acting as the go-to link between labour hire partners and operational teams Tracking and reporting key performance metrics Overseeing purchasing of consumables, PPE, and site supplies Coordinating inductions for new staff and contractors Maintaining compliance systems, documentation, and RF equipment Supporting waste initiatives and operational compliance reviews Partnering closely with Finance and site leadership ✅ What You'll Bring Experience in administration, logistics coordination, or workforce planning Confidence managing stakeholders internally externally Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail Solid Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel) SAP experience (highly regarded) A proactive, adaptable mindset with a team-first attitude Financial acumen and a structured approach to problem solving ?
