Purpose of the Role
This role provides both hands-on social work practice and leadership across Family Harm services.
The position ensures high-quality support for whānau and staff, and oversees program implementation, delivery, and quality .
Qualifications
Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent (or working towards).
Experience
Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice, equity, and cultural safety.
Experience working with complex whānau cases.
Including awareness of Family Harm, specifically in Aotearoa.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
Other Requirements
Full NZ driver's licence.
Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends if required.
Police and NGO caregiver vetting.
Relocation costs, and/or travel costs considered for the right applicant if you are living out of the area.
