Senior Revenue Analyst

About the Role
As Senior Revenue Analyst, you will take a lead role in the delivery of contract volume reporting and analysis for Te Toka Tumai Auckland.
Working within the Finance team, you will partner closely with managers, clinicians, analysts and external stakeholders to ensure reporting supports informed decision-making and performance improvement.
This is a senior analytical role with a strong focus on leadership through influence.
You will design and manage reporting processes, oversee National Non-Admitted Patient Collection (NNPAC) data quality, manage month-end and year-end reporting requirements, and provide expert analysis and insight to the business and the Ministry of Health.
You will also mentor and support the Costing and Revenue Data Analyst and contribute to continuous improvement across reporting systems and processes.
About you
You will bring:
* A tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or a related discipline, demonstrating strong numeracy and analytical capability
* At least three years' experience in data analysis, ideally within a complex or large organisation
* Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and SQL
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
* An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and a commitment to improving equitable health outcomes
Experience within the health sector, knowledge of public health funding and contract structures, and experience working with large datasets or reporting to central agencies will be highly advantageous.
