Hospitality Professionals – Milford Sound Lodge, Fiordland

Milford Sound Lodge is seeking professional, adventure-driven individuals and couples to join our team in the heart of Fiordland National Park. We are currently recruiting for our Winter 2026 season with a strong preference for candidates who can also stay for the enxt summer season.

The Roles
We are looking for versatile team members to work across Front of House, Guest Services, and Housekeeping. While roles are varied, we are specifically seeking individuals with proven hospitality experience to maintain high service standards in our premium restaurant and chalets.

Applicant Requirements

• Experience: Demonstrated background in hospitality (FOH, Wait Staff, Housekeeping or Guest Services (Reception, Reservations, Sales) is essential.
• Visa Status: Applicants must hold a valid, long-term work visa (minimum 12 months remaining).
• Commitment: Availability to work from now until at least October 2026 - ideally May 2027.
• Partnership: Roles are designed for couples or pairs happy to share onsite accommodation.
