We are now looking for a senior lawyer to join their team in Wellington.
About the Opportunity
As a key contributor to the firm's corporate practice, you will advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial files.
This includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, infrastructure, and procurement across different sectors.
You will work closely with highly experienced Partners, gaining exposure to complex, market-leading transactions while playing an active role in client relationship management and strategic delivery.
This is a progressive role where you can really take the driver seat of your own role and be encouraged to grow within the firm.

About You
You will be a technically strong corporate lawyer with solid transactional experience and the confidence to operate in a sophisticated client environment.
At the least, you will have 4+ years PQE and be coming from a similar environment, having previously worked with a similar calibre clientele.
Comfortable managing competing priorities, you will bring sound commercial judgement and a proactive approach to your work.
You will value collaboration, enjoy working closely with senior practitioners, and be motivated to continuously further develop your career in the corporate domain.
