Delivery Manager - Data

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Delivery Manager who will be responsible for delivering the programme's data-related work package and day-to-day management of projects within the agreed constraints and in accordance with the organisation standards. This will be a Wellington based contract role till the end of June 2027.

Successful candidates will have

• Extensive experience managing data migration and data transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, reporting, and migration methodologies
• Experience managing business and technical stakeholders across large programmes
• Proven ability to manage complex delivery risks associated with data readiness and migration
• Experience within large government or enterprise transformation environments

Essential Skills & Experience

• Senior project or delivery management experience in complex technology enabled business programmes
• Excellent planning, governance, reporting, and financial management capability
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience managing suppliers and implementation partners
• Proven track record of delivering outcomes in environments with significant complexity and change
• Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies and programme governance frameworks
