Our company is looking for a Construction Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented;
- Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the ranks through out the Company;
- Prepares, supervises and approves the development of the project;
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project;
- Monitor and report to Project Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner;
- Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.
Requirements:
- Large Site Piping Construction/Engineering Projects;
- Construction Management experience;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience;
- Diploma in a mechanical field;
- Effective communication skills;
- BSc/BTech degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field;
- 5 years experience in Project Management;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Construction in the Coal Mining Environment: 5 years (Preferred);
- Reside in Mpumalanga;
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil).
