Our company is looking for a Internal Recruiter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Using all sourcing methods including social media, resume searching and using internal and external databases;
- Conducting detailed job interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements;
- Head hunting the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies within the construction and property market;
- Establishing if candidates possess the right behavioural and cultural fit for the business;
- Managing the negotiation of employment offers and agreeing salary packages with selected applicants;
- Identifying people with the right skills, right experience and most importantly the right cultural fit for the Mace organisation.
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Experience with Oracle/Taleo;
- Sales and Marketing Knowledge;
- Fluency in spoken & written English;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Minimum of 300 hours;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Social media savvy;
- Must be a school requirement;
- Fluency in Arabic – written and spoken;
- SAP ERP Human Capital Management;
- Willing to work in Makati;
- Significant end to end recruitment consultancy experience within construction, property and engineering;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Strong background in face to face and phone interviews with candidates.
