Ad Network Head Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Ad Network Head to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Train and develop Ad network specialists to be able to efficiently traffic and/or set up campaigns in our various internal systems;
- Take lead in troubleshooting advertising issues in real time;
- OperationsIn charge of maintaining and improving the operations process for Ad network partners;
- Conduct regular updates/meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on plans and initiatives and provide opportunities for monetization;
- Interact with marketing/product leaders to schedule campaigns for calendar-based sponsorships and events;
- Work with internal teams and partners to facilitate swift integration or set up of technologies and campaign implementations.
Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical;
- Prior experience trafficking in an ad server;
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy;
- At least 5 years of work experience in technology, digital sector or online advertising including managerial experience;
- Experience compiling reporting and building wrap up decks;
- Familiarity with a front end order management system preferred;
- Presentation and public speaking skills preferred;
- Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills;
- Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities;
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree;
- Graduate of a 4-year Communication, Advertising, Marketing or Business course (and other equivalent courses).
