Responsibilities:
- Claim validity and estimate value;
- Claims administration;
- Record keeping on internal system;
- Process claims and recoveries;
- Claims settlement;
- Appoint Assessors / Loss Adjusters;
- Cancellations;
- Recoveries;
- Liaise with all stakeholders re progress of claims;
- Apply policy terms and conditions;
- Claims notification and required documents;
- Obtain quotes for products/services.
Requirements:
- RE5 essential;
- Insurance experience preferred;
- Short term insurance FAIS credits essential;
- Grade 12 or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years’ Personal Lines Claims experience essential.
