- Perform innovative and creative sourcing techniques to increase applicant traffic and attract top talent;

Requirements:
- Performance-Based Annual Appraisal;
- Background in Executive Search is a plus;
- Excellent English communication skills;

- A degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or Business Administration is a plus;
