Factory Worker Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Factory Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of products and materials to detect when a product doesn’t meet standards;
- Check output to ensure all products are exactly the same, keeping a record of any defective items;
- Operating machines safely and as instructed;
- Pack final products for shipment;
- Maintaining a clean and safe work space and general factory area;
- Working on a production line assembling small parts.
Requirements:
- At least high school Graduate;
- With pleasing personality;
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment;
- Willing to work asap;
- Male/Female;
- Able to work on foot for extended periods of time;
- Must be High school/Senior High Graduate or ALS passer;
- Without experience candidate are also welcome;
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills;
- Physically fit;
- Must be in a legal age;
- With past working experience;
- Flexible hours;
- Will be assign to your nearest area;
- with experience working in a warehouse is advantage.
