Our company is looking for a Regional Site Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation;
- Develop subordinates through coaching, training, motivation and gaining their commitment towards achievement of company objectives and vision;
- Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance personnel;
- Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Maintenance Team;
- Managing maintenance schedules and budgets.
Requirements:
- Government Certificate of Competency for Mines & Works;
- Relevant experience in mobile equipment, plant processes and maintenance;
- The incumbent must have knowledge of the open-pit, quarry and surface opencast mining markets;
- The ability to interact with customers at all operational and management levels is key.
