Our company is looking for a Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Helping to support the leadership team in the delivery of key initiatives;
• Attending project meetings and presents specific aspects of design assignments;
• Contributing to design reviews and design verification, modifying design as necessary;
• The ability to interpret stakeholder briefs, and communicate them thereafter;
• Ensuring model safe work behaviors in all aspects of work and actively identify hazards and risk controls;
• Able to be collaborative with all teams within Creative as well as self-manage;
• Coaching more junior members of the team;
• Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant;
• Produce multiple design concepts at a wireframe level;
• Conduct user research to identify the winning concept;
• Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience;
• Assist in writing product specifications in association with product manager;
• Create designs that identify a product or convey a message;
• Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project;
• Present the design to clients or the art director.

Requirements:

• Illustrator;
• Photoshop;
• Excellent communication skills–you can articulate the rationale for design decisions and rationalize every decision;
• Excellent communication and time management skills;
• Experience designing print for billboards, outdoor and magazines;
• Experience designing and running user research sessions;
• An understanding of consumer demographics and the aesthetic elements of typography;
• Attention to detail at all times;
• Proficiency in English;
• Highly proficient with design tools, ideally Sketch;
• At least 3 years of work experience;
• A flexible approach when working in a team;
• You must be a beeeeg dreamer, highly creative and imaginative;
• Passion, enthusiasm and creative flair;
• 3 years of international exposure is strongly preferred (Work / Study).
