Our company is looking for a Requirements Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering of functional and non-functional specifications, including documentation;
  • Defining change requests from the client and ccordinating with development team on assessing the impact;
  • Creating basic presentations including process flows, user experience, functionalities etc;
  • Reviewing of product deliverables prior to installation and deployment;
  • Coordinating with Quality Assurance team to help them understand requirements in creating test plans and scripts;
  • Coordinating with Head of Technolog Development to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
  • Assisting the sales team in pre-sales activities (examples: product demos, client meetings).

Requirements:

  • Collaboration skills – requirements analysts are part of a team and must work seamlessly with clients, managers, tech staff, and other colleagues;
  • Research skills;
  • Technical writing and documentation skills;
  • BS Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering;
  • Basic knowledge of software development.
