Conduct research, prepare reports, or formulate plans to address economic problems related to the production and distribution of goods and services or monetary and fiscal policy. May collect and process economic and statistical data using sampling techniques and econometric methods.

Our company is looking for a Research Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be on top of assigned projects from start to finish;
  • Collaborate with the PH Events team to generate highly-regarded BCI Economics events;
  • Provide support to all other research related tasks given by the immediate supervisor;
  • Develop, design, and upload of surveys & questionnaires using CoreData’s in-house online software tools;
  • Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and attend to any concerns/ queries they may have with regards to our products & services;
  • Present data in charts & tables and prepare report drafts;
  • Supervise junior team members and provide feedback when necessary during the course of assigned projects;
  • Gathering & analyzing data on ongoing construction projects and creating meaningful reports for our clients;
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative & quantitative market research data using SPSS and Microsoft applications (especially Excel);
  • Preparation & delivery of regular reports to clients, and ensuring it is consistent with client expectations & company standards.

Requirements:

  • Statistical Analysis;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
  • Data Encoding / Data Entry;
  • Experience / Knowledge in R is definitely an advantage;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Preferably with in-depth knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and knowledgeable in statistics software (SPSS or alike);
  • Account Management;
  • Degree in Social Science, Research Studies, Statistics, Economics or any related field of study;
  • Statistics;
  • Have experience in MS Office applications such as MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint;
  • Business development;
  • Microsoft / MS Powerpoint;
  • Database management experience is an advantage;
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in data analysis or market research is preferred; recent graduates of related courses are encouraged to apply;
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
