Business Architect Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Business Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are;
- Run workshops and training sessions;
- Identify problems within a business, including using data modeling techniques;
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research;
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies;
- Communicate with senior clients in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve;
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
Requirements:
- Strong track record of leadership;
- Independence and self-reliance;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly and effectively;
- 3+ years of experience in consulting is preferred;
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- BS/MS and excellent academic record required;
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English (Arabic preferred).
