Our company is looking for a Financial Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Checking and Updated all EFTs and Exchange 4 Free receipts;
  • Stock take;
  • Capturing of client invoices (by line item) into bookings sheet;
  • Allocation of client monies to invoices (system processing);
  • Reconciliation of merchant charges;
  • Debtors;
  • Invoicing;
  • Allocation of client monies by line item – correctly splitting between payment type;
  • Download and capture bank statements (receipts only);
  • Preparation of new bookings on voucher sheet (to enable vouchers team to begin work on upcoming bookings);
  • Processing of bank charges for incoming Swift payments;
  • Reconciliation of bank receipts (merchant -> local bank -> system -> bookings sheet -> commissions summary);
  • Stock reconciliations;
  • Ensuring all teams are aware of late changes to booking;
  • Reallocation of funds for any late changes to invoices.

Requirements:

  • Working hours: 07:30 to 17:30;
  • Own reliable vehicle and drivers licence;
  • Grade 12;
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position within a technical industry;
  • Computer Literate in MS Office and Pastel.
