Our company is looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Handling and supporting query raised by Jr Engineer and guide them accordingly;
 - Ensuring all the server Backup is in place and troubleshoot if required;
 - Monitoring and Patching all the server;
 - Troubleshooting and Resolving query of Networking device and maintaining backup and report;
 - Reporting and maintaining Network diagrams and all the documentation of clients;
 - Understand and resolve client query as per SLA;
 - Willing to work at any stage in organization;
 - Ensure 100% up time of server;
 - Hardware.
 
Requirements:
- Should be graduate of IT or any 4-year related courses;
 - Should know how to handle concerns on hardware and software; know basic troubleshooting and basic networking;
 - Virtual Server;
 - Computer Hardware Troubleshooting;
 - Linux;
 - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
 - Multiservice provider software like Autotask;
 - Any Graduate – Any Specialization • Certification: MCSE Additional: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE R and S (Optional);
 - Willing to be trained;
 - Microsoft office Suite;
 - Willing to do field work;
 - MFP Printer;
 - Window Power Shell or any other scripting command VB Python etc;
 - Microsoft office 365;
 - Window Server 2012.
