Planning Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Planning Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of all on-going construction following all relevant procedures as per approved plans;
- Inspect different areas of the property as needed;
- Monitor and check contractors to ensure the quality of work throughout site inspection;
- Ensure implementation of House Rules or Regulations especially for DevCon procedures and alignment;
- Conduct lectures and workshops on DevCon procedures especially on plan evaluation (alignment) and site evaluation;
- Dissemination of updated and revised forms related to DevCon.
Requirements:
- Proficient in verbal and written English;
- Has experience reading floor plans for high rise buildings;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
- Must have experience in the supervisory or managerial role;
- Experience in handling residential or commercial property is an advantage;
- Must be knowledgeable in the supply chain management process;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Proven experience in the related field;
- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Must be a licensed Architect.
