  • Co-responsible for compliance with all HACCP requirements;
  • Implementation of our quality standards in the galley;
  • Responsible for the entire pastry section;
  • Active support with deliveries and loadings;
  • Professional food handling including buffet and guest service.

Requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as Pastry;
  • Good communication skills in English and / or German;
  • Professional knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley;
  • EU passport;
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position;
  • Flexibility, team work and expertise;
  • In-depth knowledge of the menu and all food items.
