Our company is looking for a Pastry Chef – Senior or Junior Level to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage the interest of passengers;
  • prepare and present pastry, desserts, teatime cakes and dessert buffets for passengers and crew at international standards;
  • share recipes with guests during onboard cooking demonstrations;
  • participate during product loading together with the other members of the crew;
  • maintain company quality standards and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • international experience is an advantage;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • ability to communicate in English or German;
  • competence in the preparation and display of a variety of cakes, cookies, muffins, danishes etc;
  • specialist in pastry products.
