Computer Technician

Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Our company is looking for a Computer Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers and presenting product;
  • Installing hardware and software systems;
  • Troubleshooting;
  • Maintaining or repairing equipment;
  • Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products;
  • Determining the best products to meet the requirements of a customer;
  • Setting up computer security measures;
  • Configuring computer networks;
  • Sending technical specification to potential buyers along with the sales quotes;
  • Providing technical support on products and/or service;
  • Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.

Requirements:

  • Computer Technician;
  • Fresh graduates with extensive background are encouraged to apply;
  • Computer Troubleshooting;
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/college degree in Computer Engineering, ECE or any related fields;
  • Customer Service;
  • Knowledgeable in PC Trouble shooting;
  • Experience in repairing computer components is an advantage;
  • At least 1-year working experience in the related field is preferred but not required;
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic electronics components/ appliances;
  • CCNA certified applicant a definite bonus;
  • Has an extensive knowledge in terms of repairing and assembling computers, laptops or gadgets;
  • CISCO knowledge is a plus;
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
  • Fast learner;
  • Computer System Administration.
