Our company is looking for a Account Management Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that collateral are secured and properly documented;
  • Prepare correspondence memoranda and report section’s activities;
  • Coordinate with concerned Dealer Coordinators and Retail Financing Account Specialists for proper monitoring of dealer’s status of well-being;
  • Maintain good working relationships with assigned dealer;
  • Ensure that A/R is updated per dealer;
  • Monitor and analyse dealer availments, performance, and capability and create countermeasures if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Should be able to assess ongoing operational performance of target accounts;
  • Meticulous and with sharp eye for detail;
  • Must have 3-5 years working knowledge in in-depth financial analysis of wholesale accounts gained from banks and other financial analysis;
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Graduate of any 4 year Business Course;
  • With experience in handling accounts for collection and resolving billing problems;
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting with a keen inclination in sales and account management;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • With at least 1 year experience in collection and customer service background;
  • Organized, dependable, honest and trustworthy.
