Our company is looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Be updated with the product, technical and market trends that could possibly impact the nature of the business;
  • Submit a monthly performance report to the President and the supplier;
  • Contribute in the drafting of programs, objectives, plans, and sales target for his respective division, and ensure that these are met;
  • Promote awareness of the product to targeted customers thru regular visits and other means;
  • Assist in reporting and perform other tasks to be assigned by management related to strategic growth of the channel;
  • Maintain and update accurate client information data and interactions/conversations using company CRM tools;
  • Design, implement and grow other revenue-generating initiatives aligned with the mission and vision of Masungi Georeserve;
  • Forming partnerships or selling these programs to reach assigned targets;
  • Facilitate orders/sales for current clients;
  • helping referred patient to get their services and exceeding their expectation;
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success;
  • participating in the hospital activities and events;
  • Negotiate deals and explore new business arrangements with current clients;
  • Field visit to doctors and clinics to convince them to use our facilities and having part time license at Al Zahra Hospital Sharjah;
  • Grow current client contributions to overall channel revenue.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Minimum 2 years of prior B2B sales experience;
  • Interpersonal skills;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Proficient in English language and has excellent communication skills;
  • A team player who is capable of motivating sub-employees;
  • Strategic thinker with an innate curiosity;
  • Capable of hitting daily deadlines;
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members;
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge (i.e. Social Media Management, Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, SEO) and Technical knowledge;
