Responsibilities:
- Organize training programs and monitor the performance of team members;

Requirements:
- 8+ years experience;
- Experience in the commercial office space sector;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience;
- Property Studies, Quantity Surveying or Project Management qualification or similar;
- Experience developing web services in C# .NET framework is a bonus;
- Must adhere to minimum performance standards – APS;
- Must have passed the Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5);
- Current Sales Managers need a good track record in recruitment and development of their teams;
- Experience leading the development of native Android and iOS applications;
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to manage effective relationships across the organization;
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent;
- Should be comfortable in applying the sales process;
- Have strong administrative capabilities;
- Should have a good working knowledge of X Plan;
- Solid software development/engineering background.
