Our company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • You will onboard new employees into the UMAI family, from contract preparation to their first weeks with us;
  • You will handle interviews and fill in scorecards about your candidates;
  • You will source for candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook + other platforms and screen their CVs;
  • You will take steps to ensure that every new UMAI team member has a positive starting experience;
  • You will own recruitment projects: e.g. you’ll identify where to source for a role and build your international recruiting pipeline;
  • You will enhance UMAI’s external brand through job portals, social media and by attending or organizing career fairs and other events;
  • You will determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts.

Requirements:

  • You know how to listen to people and how to build strong relationships within and outside UMAI;
  • You have experience/good knowledge of payroll, taxes & visa processes, and you know how to prepare an employment contract;
  • Experience in working in a KPI oriented environment;
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards;
  • You have strong email and in-person communication skills. To convince people is an easy task for you;
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in the Recruitment field;
  • You are really interested in the start-up world and in knowing more about UMAI;
  • You have proven experience/good knowledge of the recruitment process;
  • You have a BA/MA degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or similar subjects;
  • You have remarkable organizational skills and are able to prioritize, accurate and thorough to hit your goals and deadlines;
  • You have experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
