Our company is looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee training processing;
  • Employee record maintenance;
  • Managing recruitment requirements;
  • Employee engagement programs support for implementation;
  • Liaison with vendors (if necessary);

Requirements:

  • With at least 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations and Training & Development;

  • Payroll experience will be beneficial (general understanding of payroll tax and deductions, UIF and Skills Development levies);
  • Good communication skills;
  • Customer service oriented;
  • Pleasing Personality;
  • Experience in planning and organizing training activities;
  • People-oriented and with good work ethics.
